1. What is your role within the company? Head of Recruitment Operations
2. Where are you based? Ireland, Cork 
3. How do you find working remotely? I was working remotely for about a year before Covid. Took some time to get used to it but I really enjoy it now. Think I’d struggle going back to the office full time. I feel like I’d spend most of the day talking to people instead of working but this could be because I haven’t seen my lovely work colleagues in over a year!  
4. What’s your favourite part of your job? Finding candidates perfect for a difficult role. Filling those roles!  Seeing our recruiters be successful and gain confidence and knowledge. Building relationships with clients. 
5. You dial the phone, who is the ideal person who could answer your call?   
6. Tell me something interesting about you? I have a strange obsession with buying new psychology books and reading 3+ at once. Finishing most of them, however, is another story..
