Regional Marketing Manager LATAM Gaming (Spanish OR Portuguese)

Based in London, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.

They require a Regional Marketing Manager with native level Portuguese OR Spanish and 6+ years’ work experience in Marketing or Product Management in technology (games, tech, consumer or B2B) to join them, initially on a 11-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of regional B2B marketing, driving marketing programs, virtual events, video case studies, live shows and and educational content collaterals.

NOTE: Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely. To be eligible you must be resident in the UK and hold a valid work permit.

What will a Regional Marketing Manager do?

  • Activate the LATAM marketing plans by collaborating closely with global, regional and in-market cross-functional teams
  • Manage LATAM marketing programs and virtual events targeting gaming developers and content creators in region.
  • Lead the development of content marketing initiatives, including educational content for virtual homegrown or industry events, video case studies, video live shows, presentations, as well as content for on/off platform marketing channels
  • Develop marketing programs and collateral to drive adoption and support education of gaming platform and products
  • Track, analyse and communicate quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure marketing impact
  • Manage regional localisation of global content and collaterals by coordinating seamlessly across internal reviewers and agency contacts

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

  • Portuguese language (native) or Spanish language (native) & English language proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in equivalent fields
  • 6+ years’ work experience in Marketing or Product Management in technology (games, tech, consumer or B2B)
  • Experience in the gaming industry, with knowledge of gaming influencer marketing and competitive landscape
  • Experience partnering with creative and events agencies, product management and/or engineering organisations
  • Experience managing large scale industry & homegrown events
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different levels of management, both internally and/or externally
  • Available to travel up to 20% of the time
