Our client, is an international software R&D company delivering cutting edge solutions and multiple software products in the MedTech / MedDevice sector. Currently hiring an experienced Product Owner to join their Professional Services Delivery team.

This is a superb opportunity for a software Product Owner with 2+ years of commercial experience who is keen to grow their career and competencies in software product management, coupled with expenses paid international travel,  designing and delivering software solutions to various organisations in the Medical sphere including laboratories, hospitals, clinics, retailers, etc.

Travel: On-site client workshops.  While predominantly in European locations, travel to more international locations for longer periods may be required.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of business requirements and elaborate upon user stories to convey to the Scrum Team
  • Prioritise the team’s product backlog
  • Work with the Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Scrum Teams, and the Professional Services Team to deliver projects of high quality with a smooth transition from development to go-live
  • Collaborate with the Global Product Management team to align global requirements
  • Be available to the Scrum Team and attend the Scrum ceremonies
  • Perform pre-sales requirements analysis with customers worldwide
  • Attend customer site workshops and document the development requirements
  • Visit Customer sites and work with Customers and market experts to further develop and deliver top quality solutions to customers
  • Coordinate solution development with Product Managers considering regional requirements
  • Handover and train the Professional Services Delivery team and customers in the new functionality.
  • Go on-site where necessary especially at the early stages of the delivery of new features
  • Key liaison between Customer and Development team
  • Documentation of features

The successful candidate must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner role working in an agile product management team 
  • Experience in a SaaS company 
  • Open to frequent travel to client sites 
  • Good experience working with clients / stakeholders and excellent communication skills
