Based in Maidenhead, our client is a friendly IT software company with approximately 50 employees. They have offices located worldwide and sell direct from multiple locations in Europe with re-seller partners in South Africa and Australia.
They require a Helpdesk Support Consultant (French) with 2+ years help desk support experience. As an IT Helpdesk Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing the first point of contact for customers.

What will a Helpdesk Support Consultant (French) do?
- Act as the first point of contact for customers.
- Resolving and advising on technical problems related to our client’s software solutions.
- Dealing with customer queries

- Knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and MS SQL
