As an Executive Assistant, you will have 4+ years of providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports for 1 or more executives. Must have prior work experience with a Global / International Technology / Digital firm.
Initially on a 11-month contract, the Executive Assistant will provide a high level of administrative support to 2-3 directors within a global department.
Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

What will an Executive Assistant do?
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
- Manage hectic and complex calendars
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Large offsite and onsite events and meetings
- General office duties as needed
- Possibility for space planning/desk assignment needs
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- 4+ years of providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports for 1 or more executives
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite
- Must have prior work experience with a Global / International Technology / Digital firm
