Our Client is one of Europe’s largest providers of telematics solutions. Founded in 1996, the company now employs over 300 telematics specialists and has more than 10,000 customers.

They are the market leader in terms of installed units in the UK and France. Their office based in Leeds are seeking a Customer Support Agent (Swedish) with over 1 years’ experience in providing customer service (ideally technical) to join them on a permanent basis.


What will a Customer Support Agent (Swedish) do?

  • Working as part of a Helpdesk team with the common goal of ensuring our customers are sufficiently supported
  • Carrying out remote triage and technical fixes to address issues
  • Continuous improvement – working with support teams to reduce in-life failures
  • Liaising with customers and providing regular updates and feedback on reported issues
  • Managing and tracking outstanding tasks to be triaged
  • Timely updating of the in-house systems
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

What does the Ideal Candidate Look Like?

  • Fluent Swedish speaker
  • 1+ years’ experience in providing customer service- ideally technical
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT qualification would be a bonus
  • Ability to work outside of normal hours if required
