Corporate Policy Communication Manager

Based in London, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

They require a Corporate Policy Communication Manager with 8+ years of experience in comms including corporate, current affairs and crisis related issues, to join them initially on a 5 month contract to support a diverse range of press-facing content policy issues for the EMEA Policy Communications team.

What will a Corporate Policy Communication Manager do?

  • Work with country comms teams to manage inbound press requests on content policies, including media strategy and message development
  • Write press statements, messaging, Q&As, opinion pieces that relate to content policy topics
  • Work closely with content policy, legal and public policy to help communicate our content policy principles and enforcement of them
  • Be responsible for the landing of global content policy announcements in EMEA
  • Work with country comms teams to develop and lead EMEA-wide proactive press moments related to online content/safety

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

  • 8+ years of experience in comms including corporate, current affairs and crisis related issues
  • Experience working with cross functional teams across different time zones
