Digital Advertising Specialist (FMCG)

Based in London, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

They require a Digital Advertising Specialist with 5+ years of experience in digital advertising- agency, client or digital media side to join them, initially on a 11-month contract.

The successful candidate will act as a consultative product expert and lead media planning, strategy and measurement to some of the top clients in their FMCG portfolio.

What will a Digital Advertising Specialist do?

  • In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for their partners
  • Analyse data and insights to identify areas of opportunity, and guide the strategy and implementation of our client’s solutions to drive growth
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
  • Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross functional teams
  • Guide the media, creative and measurement strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving campaigns performance
  • Project manage internal operations and complex work streams
  • Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising- agency, client or digital media side
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads etc.), advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Brand and Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Experience of working with FMCG clients preferred
