Internal Communications Manager

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.
They require an Internal Communications Manager for facilities operations with 7+ years’ work experience within a similar role. Initially on an 11-month contract, the successful candidate will support the Facilities and Culinary team by acting as a consultant to provide guidance to internal teams and leaders, while also developing internal communications plans and materials and execute on plans.

What will an Internal Communications Manager do?
- Create and implement internal communications plans to help the business achieve strategic objectives
- Act as a consultant and provide internal communications guidance to teams and leaders
- Work with partners from other areas of the business
- Develop internal communications campaigns to help drive employee engagement
- Create and manage internal employee events from start to finish, including logistics, agenda, content development and speaker preparation
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- 7+ years’ work experience in Internal Communications
- Experience of working in a Facilities or Real Estate environment desired
