Our client, one of the leading technology companies, is seeking a talented UI Designer to join their team and help design innovative experiences that bring businesses and their customers closer together.
As a UI Designer, you will play a central role in ensuring that the products developed by this company are valuable, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution. You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Refine broad, conceptual ideas into practical solutions for users.
- Develop intuitive flows and experiences that streamline complex actions into accessible interfaces.
- Create innovative experiences and layouts that shape and define visual systems.
- Participate in strategic decisions regarding the future direction of the company’s products.
- Facilitate feedback loops with designers and the broader product team to continuously enhance quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to guide the user experience from concept to launch.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively represent work to the broader product team and leaders, articulating goals and concepts clearly and succinctly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7-10 years of experience building and shipping multiple features that are broad/ambiguous in scope and encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms.
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience with prototyping and tools such as Origami, Framer or Protopy
- Able to provide a portfolio
- Experience working for a large tech company desired
- Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
