Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote connections, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Install and customize our software on clients’ premises to meet their specific business requirements and processes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues remotely, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Conduct remote training sessions for customers, with potential opportunities for on-site or international training.
- Develop comprehensive training courses and documentation for the clients’ software, following best practices and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role providing Level 2+ support for complex applications.
- Quickly grasp new technical concepts and information.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and strive for perfection.
- Excel in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment and contribute actively to team success.
