How will I know that my details are secure if I register with Allen Recruitment?
Allen Recruitment Consulting are fully compliant with the requirements of the Data Protect Act YEAR and pride ourselves of the confidentiality of the service that we provide. No information on any of our candidates is shared with a Client without the express permission of the candidate.

If I register with Allen Recruitment by emailing my contact details and CV will I be contacted by a consultant?
All registrations are individually confirmed by email direct to you by a recruitment administrator. If you have applied for a specific job the consultant responsible for that job will be in touch with you should your skills and experience be suitable for the role. If not your details will be kept on file and you will be contacted by a consultant should a more suitable role exist or subsequently arise.

If I have applied directly to a firm in the past 6 to 12 months can Allen Recruitment represent me and manage my application to that same firm?
Many companies have a rigorously enforced policy that stipulates that if a person has applied for a job with their firm within a certain time period (the time period differs amongst companies) then they cannot accept an application from Allen Recruitment or any other source until after this period has elapsed – this is irrespective of the job the candidate wishes to apply for or the lack of success of the applicant has had in securing an interview or any information on the status of their previous application.
