Candidate Registration Process

Candidates contact Allen Recruitment in the following instances:
  • We have been recommended to them
  • They are replying to an advertisement
  • One of our contacts has suggested they contact us about a position we have

Before being registered on our database, the candidate must send us via email a copy of their up to date CV. This is then reviewed against the position they are responding to or in general against the type of roles we work on.

If they are the type of candidate we work with, then we will contact then on the phone and hold an initial screening conversation.

At this point a decision is made as to whether they are the type and quality of candidate that we can work with and they are then registered on our database.

In order to complete the registration process, we look for details of:

  • Date of birth
  • Contact details
  • Current salary
  • Salary expectation
  • Visa ( If required)
  • Notice period
  • Interview availability
