Quality Control
Quality is the reason Allen Recruitment is successful, we believe that by
providing a quality service to our clients and candidates since 1998, this is
what has made us successful.
As previously outlined in the description of our recruitment process, the
quality of CV's sent to our clients rests with the Account Manager. It is the
Account Manager who holds the relationship with the client and they are
responsible for making sure that client is satisfied with the service Allen
Recruitment provides.
The Account Manager reviews each candidate CV and interview notes in detail
before agreeing to submit that candidate to their client. Any queries the
Account Manager has must be clarified by the consultant before they agree to
put the candidate forward. It is paramount to the Account managers relationship
with their client to ensure that relationship is based on the consistent
delivery of quality CV's.
