How does this work?
We provide you with a web link through which all applicants apply for your job. You include this web link in your job advertisements on job boards and/or traditional print and on your web site. This will bring the applicant to a web page which gives them details of your job and the application process.
Applicants will:
- Enter their personal details.
- Attach a CV and cover letter.
- Complete a set of screening questions based on your requirements.
- Complete an assessment to establish the applicants’ job fit for your role. We do this by asking screening questions which have been developed over years of screening applicants for numerous different role types. Based on each applicant’s responses and your specific job requirements we give each applicant a job fit score.
- Complete an online skills test based on the skills required for your job to establish the applicants skills fit. We have over 200 skills tests that cover everything from accounting, clerical, customer service, engineering, industrial, medical, retail, technical (Java, SQL Server, Linux etc) and computer skills (MS Word, Excel etc). Based on each applicant’s results they are given a skills test score.
We combine the scores from the Screening Questions, Job Fit assessment and Skills Fit test to give an overall application screening score. The applicant’s details, overall score and their results for each individual assessment are available for you to review online or can be outputted for upload to your Applicant Tracking System or we can email them to you. We will happily answer any queries you have on each application.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- The cost is a fixed fee per job irrespective of the number of applications made within a 30 day period.
- Once we have forwarded the application details to you they will be removed from our database. This database is separate to our agency database and no applicant will be contacted by our agency recruiters based on their application for your role.
- Contacts with applicants will be made on your behalf and the applicant will not know that a third party is involved.
- The web page through which the applicant applies are not branded but can be designed to fit with your company's brand.
- If we do not have suitable skills tests for your role we will source new ones as needed.
- We have a money back guarantee if you are not happy with the results provided.
