About Us
Allen Recruitment Consulting is a wholly owned and operated Irish business and was
established in 1998 by Louise Allen. Prior to setting up Allen Recruitment Consulting
Louise has over 15 years experience working in leading financial institutions, software
product R&D companies, multinationals and global consulting firms such as Bank of Ireland,
EDS, Vision Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Allen Recruitment Consulting's head office is in Dublin and we have recruiters working out of Germany, Holland and the UK.

into the recruitment industry. This experience means that we are well placed to fully

environment which means that our approach is quality focused, partnership based and
service levels are optimised for both candidates and clients.
